IBACAS was formed in November 2002, to provide Corporate Action specific consultancy and business solutions to the Financial Services industry.

IBACAS was set up by a team of Corporate Actions specialists from both a line and project background. It was felt that there was the need for a specialist Corporate Actions consultancy service that could not be provided by any general consultancy firm, due to the intricacies of the Corporate Actions process.

The name IBACAS stands for Independent Business Analysis for Corporate Actions Solutions. Unlike many other consultancy firms, IBACAS does not have any marketing agreements with software firms, data vendors or utility providers. This key principle allows IBACAS to provide a truly independent and honest service to our customers.

All IBACAS consultants have been involved in the Corporate Actions world for many years and have a very wide range of senior contacts throughout the industry.
