| Corporate Actions drive IBACAS. Each member of the company has spent most if not all of their working life operating within this highly manual department, which has suffered from a lack of investment to improve operational efficiency. We are all problem solvers, looking to deliver the best solution to reduce risk, increase automation and reduce exception processing. We have a desire to and gain immense satisfaction from solving your Corporate Action problems. |

| Our size, mobility, flexibility and independence. IBACAS' management team and consultants have direct experience in corporate actions from processing through to project management. Rarely, if ever, is this experience available outside of a large custodian or broker dealer Corporate Action department.
