At IBACAS, we appreciate that every institution and project will have different requirements and needs for resources. Consequently, IBACAS also offers a Project Support service.

This service allows you to call on IBACAS resources on an “ad-hoc” basis. This may be to provide support for a specific task within a project (e.g. writing a business requirements document), to run a specific process within a project (e.g. user acceptance testing), or simply to provide resources to work within your existing team (e.g. you may need a business analyst for a 3 month period).

Project support services can be provided within any of the service categories detailed within the Strategic Direction or Project Execution sections.

In addition to the above, IBACAS has a business relationship with an IT development company called Strategic Systems Solutions (SSS). This relationship allows us to also provide IT resources to assist with the development work required on your project.

IBACAS chose SSS as an IT partner because of their extensive experience of working on projects within the Corporate Actions arena. They have worked with some of the leading firms in the market on Corporate Actions projects, including multi level support services, vendor bought software installations, in house system build projects and many other ad-hoc projects.
